The Resort

The hotel La Casa de Marita is situated on the Isabel Island and offers a stay completely different than traditional one.

The style of our place joins the character of traditional hotel on international level with Italian vacation house where family atmosphere as well as privacy can be found.

The hotel is located in Puerto Villamil, the only village on the island, which is surrounded by the National Park. La Casa de Marita is very close to the beach and has incomparable sea view.

In spacious garden with palms and flowers you can find quite places with hammocks and armchairs as well as relax under parasols on the beach in front of hotel.

The beach, on which La Casa de Marita is situated, is 3 kilometres long (about 5 miles long) with white sand and unique vegetation. From here you can see volcanoes accessible on foot or on horse.

The Accommodation

The Central building has 8 independent rooms, 4 suites and small Green House, all close to the beach. Every room is special thanks to the colours, decoration and style. The size of these rooms is 30 square meters and more. They all have air conditioning, telephone (international phone calls possible) and minibar.

Facilities and Activities

The dining room is situated on the third floor of the central building and offers splendid view on the ocean. The cuisine of our hotel has international menu and varied list of wines and liquors to choose from.

It is possible to use the Internet and send e-mails from our reading room.

Our guests can share sitting room, library and bar with the owners. We also have Jacuzzi on the fresh air with the unforgettable sea view.

We have a varied program, which enables our guests to observe the majority of endemic species of fauna and flora.

The facilities offered by the hotel are: organize the excursions, rent the horses, transport for the tours by land as well by sea with the possibility of fishing. We also rent snorkelling masks.

Visit to the Breading Center of Gálapagos - Las Tintoreras.
Giant tortoises of all species which can be found on the island Las Tintoreras- White Tip Sharks, penguins and sea lions.

Volcano Sierra Negra y Volcano Chico.
You get by car to the volcanoes and then there is an option to walk to the volcanoes or there is possibility to ride a horse to see the volcanoes.

Visit to the Wall of Tears and Humedades
View on different points of Los Humedades, walk on the beach and observe the flamingos in lagoon.

Tunnels
