Hotel Silberstein - Puerto Ayora - Santa Cruz - Galapagos Islands Hotel Silberstein is one of the first hotels on the Galapagos Islands with an own diving centre in cooperation with the well-known diving agency Extra Divers. We will show you a wonderful underwater world that you won't find anywhere else in the world.

Our beautiful wooden diving boat provides high standard and offers enough space for the equipment and pre-diving preparation of 12 persons. It is 9 meters long and 3 meters wide and offers a cabin and a bathroom at your disposal. It is driven by a 250 PS inboard engine. The boat is also equipped with emergency oxygen, a first aid box and GPS.

The full day tours start in the port of Puerto Ayora, 5 minutes drive from the diving station. At least 15 diving locations can be reached within 1-2 hours of sailing. To take you to the locations situated in the north of the island, we start from Itabaca Canal which you can reach after a 45 minute drive. Look forward to see sea lions, manta rays and sharks which will make you enjoy and never forget these wonderful diving tours.

DAY 1: CHARLES DARWIN RESEARCH STATION
Arrival at Baltra’s Airport by TAME airline flight from Quito or Guayaquil
Our guide will be waiting for you at the airport
Transfer by bus to the Itabaca Channel, ferry crossing of the channel and bus ride to Puerto Ayora
Arrival at Hotel Silberstein
Visit the Charles Darwin Research Station, see Giant Tortoises
Afternoon Scuba Equipment check

DAY 2: GORDON ROCKS AND MOSQUERA
Breakfast and Boat ride to Gordon Rocks (or Plazas island for beginners) for a extraordinary dive
First, you will do a check dive for safety
Gordon rocks is an extinted volcanoe, dramatic landscape
Surface interval and Boat ride to Mosquera, it is an underwater cliff
Sea lions, marine turtles, rays and sharks
Hammerheads from July to December
Many, many fish

DAY 3: SEYMOUR NORTH AND DAPHNE MINOR
Breakfast and Transfer by car to Itabaca Channel
Boat ride to Seymour (cliff and current) and Daphne Minor (wall dive)
Two great dives with chances of seeing sea horses, mantas, rays, turtles and sharks
Hammerheads from July to December

DAY 4: SEYMOUR NORTH AND GORDON ROCKS
Breakfast and Transfer by car to Itabaca Channel
Boat ride to Seymour and Gordon Rocks, Two great dives
with chances of seeing mantas, rays, turtles and hammerhead sharks
Amazing landscape

DAY 5: BALTRA
Breakfast and transfer to Baltra Airport by bus and ferry
